In this session, you’ll move and groove your way to release tension so you can keep moving towards your goals! All fitness levels welcome.

How To Meditate

Ever wonder what meditation is really about? Not sure how to do it or if it’s even possible to “quiet your mind?” Join us every Friday at 5pm while break it all down for you in a fun and interactive virtual Q&A session. There are no questions too big or too small, so bring one or bring them all!

As adults, our greatest hope for children is that they have the tools they need to overcome obstacles and enjoy a happy, healthy life. Through meditation, children can learn the most important skill for maintaining a positive and peaceful mind that is free from worries, all while having fun and making new friends!
