How to break bad habits

A person’s bad habits come from their mind. When your false mind does not exist the bad habits will not exist. What is needed is meditation that enables you to get rid of the mind that originally caused these bad habits.

The reason why one’s mind is negative is because of their human mind, which is self-centered and thinks that only they are right. A person’s mind is the self-made mind world they created while living in the world in addition to their habits and body. People are incomplete because they are inside the self-made mind. Once this is thrown away, you will have a positive mind because you will have the true mind. You can have a positive mind when you discard your mind that is false.
