I started this meditation method approximately seven years ago.
Through this meditation method, I learned that I was the cause of my sadness and never ending depression.
Once I started meditation through the levels of this method, I was able to see the origin of my sadness, and attachment to family, and they had no basis in reality and were just an illusion, that I had made in my mind, although the pain, sadness, and emotion was very real to me.
Once I had realized that I was able to discard this “false” mind. Soon my sadness and feeling that I was going to cry, disappeared and my feeling of normalcy returned. Thank heavens.
I strongly recommend that everyone starts this meditation with the very easy zoom online seminar and goes through the levels that will allow you to see where your mind comes from. So you will know what you have to clean up so you can live in the world with no stress, pain, or burdens and just be happy, as I have been working on.
