What are some bad habits that we need to break?

  • drinking sodas full of sugar instead of water
  • eating heavy food at night before going to bed
  • preferring tasty food to healthy stuff
  • hoping to be understood without talking
  • thinking from the self-centered perspective
  • giving up things easily for fear of failure
  • obsessing about my appearance too much
  • doing many things at the same time
  • losing the timing because of overthinking
  • concerning how others think of me
  • begging other’s recognition and praise
  • avoiding my responsibility
  • feeling left out around people
  • shutting down me from others
  • not asking for help in a hard time

They are the habits that have been bothering me throughout my life. Fortunately, I have broken them even though it took me time to do. All I did was discard the root of my mind that is embedded in my body. How wonderful it is to change the way of life!
