How to Deal with
Stress and Anxiety
In one’s mind, there is a lot of anxiety if one has lived an anxious life in the past. When you throw away the life lived and the circumstances in your life that have caused anxiety, the anxiety disappears.
People’s stress exists in their own minds and is triggered when their minds cannot accept something. Whereas, when you discard this, and have the mind that has absolutely nothing in it, you will have no stress. When you discard and eliminate the karma and habits that are within you, there is no stress.
To discard stress and anxiety that are within you, meditation is needed. You can practice the method with a customized consultation.
How to Meditate?
1. Recall
Recall the remembered thoughts (pictures). The pictures are your mind.
2. Reflect
Through self-reflection, you will get to know yourself from a greater perspective: the universe.
3. Release
Throw away the picture with a guided visualization. Train your brain to know that the illusion is not real and to throw it away from a perspective greater than you: the universe.
How meditation helped me deal with stress
“I’m really grateful that this meditation has helped me to relax about everything. After only a few online sessions, I started to see the world and my life a bit differently. I let go of the stress and worry. Meditating has been like emotional medicine for all the crises going on and calmed my busy mind.”
