How can I make my life more positive?

The questions and answers were all within me. Through meditation, I was able to see the negative mind that was covering the positive mind and learned how to throw it away. To plant new trees, we cut off the branches of the tree, cut down the pillars, and pull out the roots. After that, we can plant new trees. We need that process, too.

How do I find work-life balance?

1. Define what balance means to you. Be specific. 2. Keep a daily journal of your time 3. Make a plan and stick to it 4. Acceptance and being realistic 5. Meditate For a long time, I felt life was too heavily focused on work with little time and strength for anything else. It was only after I started meditating, coupled with exercise, that I felt life became more balanced.

What interesting thing did you read today?

After the cognitive miser inside me disappears through meditation, it becomes free to think and judge, deeper and more cautious. Meditation allows me to abandon my self-centered and narrow consciousness and return to the original consciousness. Now I'm a person who can think deeply and widely about what I want to do. I feel wiser and more thoughtful as the days go by.

What is confidence?

When you have the power to take action, you can gain trust from people around you, and that trust brings favorable conditions and environments, enabling you to achieve what you want. Therefore, self-confidence can be described as the ability to take action along with the ability to coexist harmoniously with others.

How does one discover his true self?

Everyone has a hope to discover their true self. Anyone can change. All you need is faith and conviction that transforms into butterflies. It is because we all already have butterflies inside. That's why you have to make a cocoon and endure that dark and uncertain time. You don't lose anything even if you throw them away. If you throw them all away, you can find your true self. That's the way I think you can find your true self and live a real life.
