Hi, let me share my experience of how did I get rid of my anxiety. I had severe anxiety years ago, and my depression never seemed to be at an end. But, my mother recommends trying meditation, I thought that meditation is simply something that I can learn how to breathe but the meditation that I have found was different. This meditation taught me how to get rid of my anxiety and I could see the change immediately.
What I have learned from this meditation is simple.
💖 All the main causes of human anxieties are from a life lived.
💖 Since we were born we have been adding feelings and thoughts from past experiences especially negative ones and because of that, we have anxieties.
💖 Throwing away anxieties means throwing away all the feelings and thoughts from the memories. It doesn’t mean we forget the memories but we can let go of emotional attachments from the past.
💖 By letting go of all the emotional attachments we can completely free from negative feelings from the past and you can be completely free from anxieties.
