Taking the time to reflect on the many minds and my transformation of my meditation journey from when I originally started my meditation practice I was dealing with so much anxiety and stress at that time that I really felt really weighed down and I realized that my mind wasn’t right and I was really searching for something that I could depend on to settle my many minds.
I feel really blessed to have found this mediation practice. Over time with practicing this method I’ve come to have more self awareness as I understand my mind better. Not only do I have a calmer and more relaxed mind but I’ve developed a much higher level of positivity. In addition I feel I am more able to connect with others more easily and see things from other person’s perspective without always trying to see how it might impact me. I feel that I’ve developed a more open and accepting mind.
Additionally I am sincerely grateful to our masters and for providing the method to us. The founder’s words have helped transform me into the person that I’ve become.
