What are some good habits to follow?

Meditation is my greatest tool for sustaining my next action rather than giving up on my thoughts in the middle. The more I discard, the easier it is to act. I’m discarding anxieties about starting social media when I meditate. As I discarded, anxiety and doubts faded away. Now I started to set a plan for my blog instead of worrying without taking action.
Meditation is helping me accept my managers and co-workers. I used to think other people were the cause of my unhappiness. I realized others were not the problem and myself was the problem. Through meditation, I am looking at myself who judges co-workers, managers, clients and I am letting go of these thoughts I created. This has allowed me to accept where I am and find happiness inside me.
My best days, which would be the most productive and joyful days, I do the following and in this order: 1. Start with gratitude - reflect on what I was grateful for the day before
This meditation taught me how to get rid of my anxiety and I could see the change immediately. By letting go of all the emotional attachments we can completely free from negative feelings from the past and you can be completely free from anxieties.
I learnt through meditation that the habits we inherit from our ancestors hold a lot of minds that give rise to delusional thoughts. I found out the cause of my bipolar. It's coming from my habits and the karma I made while living. Once the habits are eliminated there is great peace inside.
Thanks to this practice, my mind has become much more spacious. I have much less resistance in me now. I can still feel lazy, but it is now much easier for me to just look at my to-do list and start working on something.
If you admit your weakness and empty it, you will be free from heartbreak. You can find a sense of true peace within you. When you throw it away, your position changes from that you got hurt to that I hurt others.
Whatever negative self-talk you may have going on in your mind, know that they are all illusion that we created in our minds, and the moment we realize it, they no longer have any grip on us. Through meditation, we can let go of the negative self-talk and realize that they are not real, and become free from them.
You can let go of all the distracting thoughts and maintain a clean and stable mind. If you succeed in organizing what you have to do with that consciousness, your life will change, and you can have a better today.
