In honor of World Mental Health Day this Thursday, October 10th 2024, we're excited to invite you to a transformative meditation workshop designed to enhance your mental well-being and show you a meditation method to uncover your inner joy.
Have you ever looked back on your life as if you were watching a movie? I looked objectively as if I was the main character in the film. In that movie, I was wandering my whole life in other to gain fame and money.
Meditation was a method where I was able to release those tied emotions one by one. As part of the process, I learned not to suppress my feelings anymore and let them out while understanding why they are false. As a result, I realized that there is nothing bad about any feelings. I'm now used to looking back and throwing away without ignoring my feelings. Life becomes enjoyable and grateful.
The simple fact of the matter is that I’m living in a sea of negative thoughts, 24/7. I have to accept that reality about myself. When this realization clicked in my mind, I found peace within. A surprising calm ensued amid all the negative thoughts. The negative thoughts no longer defined me, and I slowly started to navigate.
When I meditate, wisdom arises in my heart. Because I can throw away the false mind I have, and the Truth is revealed. Meditation is the most powerful self-development tool for me.
Living a life of repentance, achieved by eliminating your mind through meditation, charts the course toward spiritual and mental growth, steering us toward becoming grounded and wise. The more we liberate our minds from clutter, the more our true and wise selves emerge from within. The source is within us—it's just a matter of uncovering it, a treasure within.
All thanks to meditation. As the mind cleared up more, it is easier to be grateful and happy over basic things like water, sun, simple meals, electricity.

Meditate For a long time, I felt life was too heavily focused on work with little time and strength for anything else.
