I started this method at a time when I had been living in a complete fog each day. The fog was in my mind. My mind was so full of thoughts and all negativity. I had recently suffered the ending of two important relationships in my life. I had already attended a breakup support group that was helpful, but still, I could not stop my mind from dwelling on dark thoughts. I was full of anxiety and feeling so down and hurt that I had ended up in the hospital. I was placed on medication for high blood pressure and told I needed to make lifestyle changes. I ended up finding Boston Meditation by just looking for Better Sleep. I attended one of those sessions and was directed to Soon.
Since beginning this method, I have changed how I see the world and people in it. I had been very certain that I was always right in almost all matters of my thinking. Since my divorce, I had been carrying pain and burden on my shoulders for many years. Through this method, I was able to accept that I am at fault for my actions due to my self-centered mind. I was able to throw away the guilt & regret that I had been holding on to for so long. This method has allowed me to re-discover HOPE and a positive, optimistic outlook.
