1. Set my life goals
The goal is navigation. What life do I want? How do you want to live? I set my life goals for what I want to be.
2. Find your role model
Is there a role model you want to catch up with? Identify a role model you admire and wish to emulate, and add his success stories to your routine.
3. Body comes first. Make a healthy body
Nothing can be done when your body collapses. No matter how busy you are, don’t miss exercise. Workout is not a choice but a necessity to be wise.
4. Read and Study
No matter how smart I am, I cannot know everything in the world by myself. There are many books in the world. Try to absorb their knowledge and insight through reading books and apply it to your life.
5. Ask a question
The person who asks the question is curious about the world. A man without curiosity cannot develop. Keep asking questions with a constant interest in the world.
6. Develop problem-solving skills
Beyond simple memorization, find the cause of problems around you. Why did this happen? Look at what caused it and what the environment was like and see the big picture. The man who solves the problem is intelligent.
7. Create a routine and make it a habit
No matter how good goals and plans are set, there is no use if you don’t take action. Divide 24 hours in detail to create your optimized routine. And do it.
8. Eat foods that relieve stress
Stress is inevitable. Eat food that contains antioxidants to reduce harmful stress to manageable levels.
9. Control the electronic devices.
It is said that electronic devices not only make us waste a lot of time, but it is also easy to become a brain that is familiar with visual devices and does not think. We don’t have to be controlled by them.
10. Live today like the last day of my life.
We have only today. It’s only this moment. If you live today as hard as possible, you have no regrets. If you stick to the past unfulfilled things or mistakes, you can’t move forward. If you live a day without guilt, tomorrow will be another new day given by the Universe. Every day will be a new day.
Intelligent people don’t cling to the past or worry about tomorrow.
Let’s do our best today and become a person who prepares for tomorrow. It is best to become a wise person with a broad perspective. Wisdom brings insight, and consciousness expands to become a person with an enlightenment about life.
